I read that in In Novosibirsk, the depreciation of trolleybuses is almost 100%. And then I remember how, in the last years before the war, new trolleybuses entered the routes in Slavyansk, Severodonetsk, Bakhmut.
Novosibirsk is the third largest city in Russia. Which is 10 – 15 more than Bakhmut, Slavyansk and Severodonetsk. To put it mildly, not the richest and most developed Ukrainian cities. But even their trolleybus fleet was updated.
