Why alarms last five hours: Air Force explanation

by alex

Russia launches dozens of drones across Ukraine almost every day, so the aggressor country wants to find weak points in our air defense.

Air Force Speaker Yuri Ignat said this on the air of the United News telethon.

He noted that the Russian military is trying to find weaknesses when planning routes. If the drone was able to fly along a certain route, which was used yesterday or the day before yesterday, taking into account the terrain, perhaps a river, road, etc., to the intended target, then this path can be used in the future.

“And accordingly, we need to take this into account and create obstacles and traps for him there,” Ignat emphasizes.

He noted that routing is not something new, because the enemy always resorts to it.

“At first they used drones individually in the daytime, then there were groups, then there were targeted strikes, and now they are actually operating in large numbers. They fly in from Primorsko-Akhtarsk and groups are sent to different regions,” he notes.

The alarms are long, explains Ignat, since the Russian Federation strikes in groups of several waves. Thus, the occupiers keep Ukrainians in suspense virtually all night.

Let us remind you that by three in the morning on November 22 Air defense destroyed all 14 missiles that the Russian Federation launched against Ukraine. The enemy began launching drones on November 21 from 20.00. The Russian Federation also launched an X-22 cruise missile into the territory of our country.
