— There were no motives for the murder of Farion, he did not have any Ukrainian-phobic views, he is a patriot. On the contrary, he completed UAV control courses to join the Ukrainian army, played football, — said the father of the detainee.
Also, according to him, his son did not have money to rent housing in Lvov; the few thousand he sent him were not enough.

What neighbors say about the detainee
Local resident Ian told Suspilny that he had known the detainee since he was five years old, they attended sports clubs together.
— Lives with his mother, a very decent guy. He studies well, I would never have thought that he could do this. I'm sure he didn't do that. As I know, he hasn’t gone anywhere lately, my mother communicates with his mother, there was no information that he went somewhere, — says the guy.
And neighbor Ilona talks about the family as very educated and athletic, the guy’s father — military.
— I see my mother every week, he is a very good person, and so is my father. He helped a lot of children – both in football and everywhere else. In general, such parents are trouble-free. The boy is independent and purposeful, and has chosen a profession. I can’t say anything, I’m shocked by this, I can’t believe it. It's like a setup. He is a very decent guy, — says the woman.
