Who could be behind Kadyrov's conflict with the Kremlin's top brass? Alexandra Sadovaya

Self-proclaimed leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov criticized the actions of the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev. Apparently, this statement was coordinated with Vladimir Putin's entourage.

Kadyrov cannot make such statements on his own, the Kremlin is simply using him as a “scarecrow”. This opinion was voiced to Channel 24 by the head of the government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in exile Akhmed Zakayev.

This was not an amateur performance

Akhmed Zakayev noted that Kadyrov was created by Putin as a “scarecrow” not only for the Chechen people, but also for Russian officials. The Kremlin uses the Chechen terrorist as a force that will commit some criminal acts against certain subjects.

According to him, Kadyrov's statement could have been to a certain extent agreed upon either with the head of the Russian National Guard, Viktor Zolotov, or with someone from Putin's administration. The self-proclaimed leader of Chechnya cannot make such statements on his own.

To outsiders, it may seem like it was an amateur performance. In fact, this was agreed upon with some very serious people who hold positions directly in the top leadership of Russia, suggested the head of the government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in exile.

What is known about this

Kadyrov commented on the case of 13-year-old Muslim Murdiyev, who is accused of violating public order. The Chechen terrorist stated that the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev are to blame for attacks on migrants and the break between Russia and Ukraine. According to him, they are not coping with the tasks given to them by Vladimir Putin.
