Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters that as of now, he has not yet seen the White House strategy regarding the war in Ukraine, which was submitted to the United States Congress. But he would like to see it.

As for President Biden's strategy, of course, I have not seen it. And if he shares, with pleasure, he said.

By the way, according to him, the decision regarding the plan for Ukraine's victory in the war directly depends on the still acting US President Joe Biden, since there are points that directly concern the United States.

It also depends on other allies of Ukraine, as the head of state noted. Zelensky added that the plan is designed for decisions that must be made between October and December 2024.
