Political scientist Taras Zagorodniy told Channel 24 that the Joseph Biden administration tried to introduce a policy of “controlled escalation”, which led to such a development of events. This is essentially an admission of the failure of the policy of so-called “controlled escalation” promoted by the President's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and CIA Director William Burns, he emphasized.

They believed that there should be a “bloody reserve” on the territory of Ukraine, which supposedly would not grow any further. However, the coalition is growing, and more and more countries are being drawn into it.

This policy was a failure, because, according to the political scientist, it will be impossible to win this war without transferring the war to Russian territory.

The coalition between Russia and other countries has already been openly announced. There were warnings earlier that if, God forbid, weapons from North Korea appear on Ukrainian territory, then measures will be taken.

It has already been confirmed that North Korean missiles are flying in the skies over Ukraine. And where are these measures? – Zagorodniy emphasized.

Some so-called experts laughed, saying that North Korea could give the Russians something. However, as the political scientist noted, in fact the DPRK could organize weapons production on its territory, provide human resources. At the same time, the Russians have money, technology, and the Chinese can provide equipment.
