This was stated in a commentary to Channel 24 by a military expert, a retired colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, pilot-instructor Roman Svitan. According to him, they are talking about Kremennaya, the area of Seversk and Belogorovka, the direction of Bakhmut.
“This is almost one area with a width of about 70 kilometers – from Bakhmut to Kremennaya. They are trying to carry out offensive operations in this sector of the front. This is very important for them,” he said.
When will the APU attack
The colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the reserve is convinced that as soon as the invaders lose their combat potential, the Ukrainian army will go on the offensive. Currently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are on the defensive. He believes that this is the best option for destroying the enemy.

Roman Svitan is sure that the beginning of such a movement will reduce the pressure from the Bakhmut direction.
The military expert noted that this could happen due to the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will begin to enter the rear of the Popasnyansky enemy group , which puts pressure on Bakhmut.

“And Kremennaya is a very problematic area for the Russians, since it is much easier for us to attack there than it is for the Russians to defend themselves,” said the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the reserve.

In his opinion, the terrain there is quite inconvenient for defense. And after the loss of Kremennaya, the Russian army will lose supplies with Valuyki in Russia. From there, Svitan is sure, they provide supplies to the Popasnyanskaya group of invaders.
“They are trying to carry out offensive operations in these areas based on the paradigm “the best defense is an offensive.” But the potential is running out,” he said.
