Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is now choosing his travel destinations carefully. After all, in many countries of the world he can be arrested.

If Putin visits any of the 123 countries that are members of the International Criminal Court, he could be jailed. However, a dictator can still leave the borders of his country.

Where Putin can travel

< p>Since the ISS announced the warrant, Putin has hardly left Russia. However, he visited countries that are not members of the International Criminal Court. In particular, China and the former Soviet republics: Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Russian media also stated that the dictator allegedly visited the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

In addition, on December 6, Putin visited the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, which are also not members of the ISS.

However, over the summer, the Russian dictator skipped the BRICS summit in South Africa after the country made it clear that it would arrest him under the ISS treaty.

By the way, on December 4, Brazilian President Lula da Silva said that Vladimir Putin would be invited to the G20 summit, which will be held in the country in 2024. The Russian dictator himself will decide whether to go or not. However, if he arrives, he will have to deal with the ISS warrant.

What is known about the arrest warrant for Putin
