The current legislation does not contradict the delivery of subpoenas on the street, roadblocks, metro or queues for gas stations. They can also be obtained while living and at work.

What types of subpoenas

Currently, there are 4 types of subpoenas:

  • a summons to appear at the military registration and enlistment office to clarify the credentials of a person liable for military service;
  • a summons to undergo a medical examination at the military registration and enlistment office;
  • a summons to call for military service;
  • Summon to arrive at the recruiting station.

What should be on the agenda

The agenda should indicate :

  • Full name of the recipient, address of residence, details of the order of the territorial recruitment and social support center;
  • address of the TCC;
  • type of agenda;
  • list of documents that you need to have;< /li>
  • Name, signature, seal of the head of the territorial recruitment and social support center.

In what cases can I refuse the agenda

According to lawyers, you can refuse the summons if it contains incorrect data or provided that it is handed over by an unauthorized person.

You can also refuse the summons if it does not have the seal of the military registration and enlistment office or signature of the military commissar. Responsibility for refusal of the agenda for good reasons is not provided. However, a fine can be issued when a person has violated the rules of military registration.
