Vladimir Zelensky will address Ukrainians with New Year greetings this year for the fourth time as President of Ukraine. In the last minutes of 2022, congratulations from the head of state will be broadcast on a number of channels.
Zelensky's congratulations on the new 2023 will begin on December 31 at 23:45. It will last until January 1, 00:00. The President will remember all the challenges of the outgoing and summing up victory of the Ukrainian spirit in the confrontation with Russian aggression.

Obviously, the President will talk about the war in his address. That was the highlight of this year. The Russian full-scale invasion is a tragic page in the history of Ukraine. Each of us felt what unity is, our values have changed, we have become different.
Right now, more than ever, it is important to continue the fight and be strong. The New Year will not be easier, difficult decisions and challenges are ahead, but Ukrainians will definitely cope with them.
