Ukraine can begin negotiations with the Russian Federation at the moment when the aggressor country has certain tactical defeats.
Adviser of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak stated this on the air of the One News telethon.
According to him, the negotiations should be preceded by three key processes:

- effective action of sanctions, in particular European companies must finally leave the Russian market;
- the beginning of processes within Russia that will lead to significant internal social conflict.
— I really like the formula that all wars end in peace. This is understandable, the question is what position are you in when you start these negotiations. If negotiations begin at a time when the Russian Federation received certain tactical defeats, and they began the processes that Pan Danilov effectively speaks about, — social tension, certain internal riots, — then yes, of course, negotiations, — he said.
Is it possible for Russia to renounce nuclear weapons
According to Podolyak, the Russian Federation’s renunciation of nuclear weapons at these negotiations is also possible if the occupiers suffer global defeat.
— What is a global defeat? Russia will no longer be able to dominate not only in Europe, but in general in the global political process. The Russian Federation will not have any resources for this, will not be able to use this or that veto right in the UN Security Council, will not have the support of a number of other authoritarian countries, because it will be considered a country that lost the war, — explained Podolyak.
