According to the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, Putin was somewhat right in his calculations. Some Western politicians expressed concern and were only ready for semi-sanctions.

The Ukrainian people and President Zelensky opposed this development of events. Now, Podolyak noted, it is time for EU politicians to take responsibility for the future of Europe. The main thing is to abandon Russian oil and gas.
