It is impossible to predict the exact date now, because the country is in a state of active phase of the war. Oksana Zholnovich stated this on the air of the Rada TV channel on July 22, Channel 24 reports. h2>
You need to consider all the pros and cons. Right now we're taking this time, which we can't start with the funded system, to prepare. If everything goes well and we finish the war by then, we can talk about small amounts of savings already from 2024. – says the minister.
Now they are starting to prepare all the launch tools: structure, regulatory support, verification of funds. “We must protect this money, which will accumulate, and in old age should become income for people,” Zholnovich notes.
Pensioners can receive assistance from the UN
Ukrainians can receive financial assistance from international organizations in the amount of UAH 2,220 per month. The funds will be received in three installments.
Vulnerable groups of people are a priority:
- people with disabilities,
- pensioners,
- lonely self-raising parents
- low-income families.
