The general and ex-vice president of Russia said in a recording of the Kolokol YouTube channel that the Russian army is led by people who themselves have not served and send others to a senseless death , informs Channel 24.

75-year-old Alexander Rutskoy criticized Sergei Shoigu. He said that in order to carry out such operations, you need to have the appropriate armed forces.

He also noted that for 22 years Russian troops have been led by people who have not served in the army and incompetent. According to Rutskoi:
