What will be the price of buckwheat in 2022/collage 24 channels
Ukrainians should expect a slight increase in the price of buckwheat and a number of other products. However, in autumn we can expect a slight reduction in prices.
The honorary president of the Association of Farmers and Landowners of Ukraine Ivan Tomych told Channel 24 about this. He also noted that buckwheat could rise in price by a maximum of 20%.
The price of vital products for Ukrainians should stabilize from autumn until the beginning of next year.
Unfortunately, no one will be able to give you a forecast for the price of buckwheat, but the situation in September will be a benchmark for this price. And already in September the price will be lower, approximately by 10-20%. Tomic assured.
According to the expert, the harvest begins in September-October, buckwheat will be harvested almost constantly, so it will be a little easier.
Director of the International Buckwheat Association Sergey Gromovoi explained that 50 % of buckwheat came from the Russian market. Since it is now cut off, Ukraine uses its reserves, which are very limited. Therefore, in the near future expect a rise in the price of this product up to 100 hryvnias .
For several days now, a shortage of salt has been recorded in our state – it is not on the shelves at all, or the price is simply cosmic.
Such the situation developed because 90% of the salt in our state was produced by the Artemsol enterprise in the Donetsk region. A month ago, the manufacturer stopped its activities due to the constant shelling of infidels.
Salt is mined in two more deposits – Solotvinsky in Transcarpathia and in the Drohobych saltworks. However, the first one dried up significantly due to the flood, so the salt plant in Drohobych significantly increased its capacity.
hype and shortage of this product. In fact, the only salt producer in Ukraine was the Drohobych Salt Plant. Now it is working at full capacity to provide Ukrainians with its products.
The Drogobych plant plans to increase salt production by 20 tons per month. But it is noted that this volume is not enough even for the Lviv region.
The method of salt production in the Drogobych saltworks differs from traditional production, as it was in Soledar. At the plant, salt brine is pumped out of the bowels of the earth by special machines. Subsequently, it is boiled on wood in special baths – panwa. It is noted that this process is more complicated and expensive. As a result, the cost of Drohobych salt was almost twice the price of Artemsol's goods.
