It is important to understand that Russia has not declared a single default. It happened, but no one announced anything.

The Kremlin will continue to shout that “there is no default”, that they are ready to pay all debts.. In rubles… At the “official rate”. No one wants to receive rubles? They are just all Russophobes there. What more proof of “unprovoked Russophobia” do you need from the whole world?
