The acceptance of applications and documents from applicants begins on July 19 (except for higher military educational institutions (institutions of higher education with specific educational conditions), military educational units of higher education institutions) and ends on August 1, 2025 at 18:00.

What to do if you didn't have time to submit your application for admission in 2025
Applications and documents for admission to higher education institutions are accepted through the applicant’s electronic account.
At the start of the admissions campaign, applicants must create a personal electronic account and use it to upload copies of the required documents.
We remind you that this year applicants can submit no more than five budget applications and up to ten contract applications.
Applications are submitted only in electronic form (except for persons specified in paragraph 3 of Section VI of the Conditions for Admission to Study in Higher Education Institutions). It is through the personal account that an applicant can submit applications to universities for the desired competitive offers.
In 2025, the admission campaign for obtaining a bachelor's degree (master's degree in medicine, pharmacy or veterinary science) began on July 1. Registration of applicants' applications will be completed on August 1 at 18:00. After that, applicants are enrolled in higher education institutions.
After this period, it will be impossible to enroll on a budget. If higher education institutions conduct additional recruitments, then only on a contract basis.
Applicants who did not have time to submit applications for admission to a university in 2025 can contact the educational institution and find out whether additional recruitment is being conducted there.
If the institution is conducting additional recruitment, the applicant will be able to apply for admission through the applicant's electronic account. But only on a contractual basis.
In general, educational institutions can conduct additional recruitment for contract-based education until October 31.
We remind you that the formation of rating lists of applicants and the provision of recommendations for enrollment and the publication of the list of those recommended with notification of whether or not they have received the right to study on a budgetary basis is carried out no later than August 6.
Applicants who have received recommendations must meet the requirements for admission to budget places by 18:00 on August 09, 2025.
