The summons should indicate:

• last name, first name and patronymic of the person to whom it is handed, year of birth and address;
• place of work;
• type of agenda;
• date, time and address – when and where you need to appear;< /li>
• name of the body, obligatory seal, signature, surname, name and patronymic of the head of the military registration and enlistment office.

It is important that the summons must be delivered personally and signed by those who receive it. That is, in the absence of a message (summon), the obligation to appear at the military registration and enlistment office does not arise. As for phone calls, such a call is not provided for by law, Anishchenko notes.

If the summons is filled out incorrectly, then you should not sign it right away. Before signing, the identified violations should be indicated.

There is no separate field for this in the agenda, but, the lawyer says, you can make an inscription in a free place. After that, put the date and signature.

What to do for those liable for military service who have not yet received a summons

In Ukraine, men from 18 to 60 years old are subject to conscription. However, it is worth noting that not all those liable for military service have already received summons.

Experienced fighters who have not yet received a notification of mobilization can apply to regional territorial recruitment centers. Note that only trained warriors are sent to the front, so if you have no experience, you will need to undergo special training.
