What sanctions will be applied to those who have not updated the data?
According to changes adopted in May, all military personnel, reservists and conscripts, must update their military registration data by July 16, 2024.

This can be done through TCC and SP, TsPAU or in the Reserve+ application.
Citizens who did not manage to do this may be subject to administrative liability.
Will everyone be automatically fined for late data updates?
— Fines will not be issued automatically, because, according to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the imposition of a fine is provided within three months from the date of detection of the offense, but no more than a year from the date of commission of such an offense, — noted Garbuz.
Who will issue a fine, how many fines there can be for one offense — untimely data update?
The representative of the General Staff noted that there can only be one fine for one offense.
According to her, the authority to bring administrative liability for failure to update data is provided to TCC and SP, namely — to an authorized official who will draw up appropriate protocols, collect case materials and submit them for consideration to the head of the military registration and enlistment office.
And he will decide the issue of bringing a person to administrative responsibility.
What is the procedure for appealing fines in court?
— Citizens who do not agree with the imposed fine have the right to go to court to appeal the decision to impose administrative liability. This must be done within 10 days from the date of the decision, — explained Irina Garbuz.
She emphasized that when a case is considered in court, a person cannot be brought to justice again.
What will be the amount of the fine?
The amount of the fine is provided for in Art. 210 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
For a first-time offense — 17 thousand UAH, for a repeat within a year — 25.5 thousand UAH
Is there any provision for seizure of accounts or property?
If a citizen does not pay the fine, the case may be transferred to the state executive service authorities.
In this case, the debtor’s property or accounts may be seized.
Will there be a fine if I updated my contact information but did not pass the VLK?
The representative of the General Staff explained that updating military registration data does not mean the need to undergo a Military Medical Commission, since separate summonses will be sent for this.
How can those liable for military service who are abroad update their data?
Men who are outside of Ukraine can update their data through the Reserve+ application or contact consular offices.
Will Ukrposhta send out summonses?
According to the adopted changes, after July 16 it is possible to send summons by Ukrposhta.
Subpoenas will be sent to the addresses indicated when updating military registration data.
What will change after July 16 for those who updated their data and for those who did not?
Citizens who did this before July 16 may be sent subpoenas to undergo the IHC.
And those who did not have time to update the data may be subject to penalties, as well as temporary restrictions on the right to use vehicles.
