After returning to Ukraine, some men aged 18-60 may be held accountable. For evading mobilization, fugitives can face both administrative and criminal proceedings. It is reported by Channel 24 . However, if a man crossed the border illegally, the amount of the fine could rise to 8.5 thousand hryvnia.
