The Russians don't have adequate supplies for the winter, so it will probably be difficult for them in Ukraine. However, they still have to live until that time, because a cold winter is preceded by a rainy autumn, and the infidels will also have problems with this.

So, if the rains start soon, the soil will become wet and it will be very difficult for enemy vehicles to move. Military expert Pyotr Chernik told Channel 24 about this.

The Russians first need to survive the autumn

Consequently, the Russian invaders forced to travel only on roads. And the Ukrainian defenders learned how to fight on the roads with the invaders at the beginning of the war.

Weather conditions will also affect the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the military expert, as soon as the soil becomes wet, the counter-offensive actions of our military will subside. At the same time, the invaders will also not be able to move through the territories of our state.

The most likely scenario for the winter

First of all, the development of hostilities in winter will depend on weather conditions. Yes, if the winter is warm, the invaders will face the same problem as in autumn.

“If the frost hits and it's -20 ° C, then the soil freezes and the equipment can move. Of course, it becomes more difficult for personnel in such conditions, but it's possible,” Chernik said.

The most likely scenario is a transition to heavy and lengthy artillery duels. – said the military expert.

He noted that the good news is that during this war, the Russians have already spent more than half of their shells. According to him, at the beginning of the invasion, Russia had 15 million shells, now it has about 7 million left.

In addition, our allies will continue to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with precision-guided shells.
