TCC employees are prohibited from performing certain actions, especially during the delivery of subpoenas.

Not allowed:
- Retain by force or detain people if they refuse the summons, do not want to sign, etc.
- Deliver a person liable for military service to the department, even if he violates the rules of military registration. Only the National Police of Ukraine has this right.
If there is a violation of the rules for maintaining military records, then the TCC must contact the police with a request to deliver the violator to the territorial recruitment center.
- Beating people and using force by TCC employees is not allowed.
- You cannot take away personal belongings, documents, telephone.
- It is not allowed to enter private property without police escort.
- It is prohibited to use any methods of physical force against people.
If we are talking about serving a summons, TCC employees do not have the right to stop public transport and other means of transportation.
Subpoenas cannot be transmitted through third parties, since such a document will not have legal force.
