Military expert, instructor pilot and reserve colonel Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan told 24 Channel that components for Russian missiles will only be stopped by the “Malysh-Budanov sanctions.” The Kremlin will be able to circumvent other sanctions.

He explained that only secondary sanctions on any contacts with an aggressor country can stop the supply of Western components to Russia.
