The form of government in Ukraine is represented by four rounds of power.

The legislative body is the parliament, it is called the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The executive branch is the Cabinet of Ministers, the central executive body and local executive authorities.
The judiciary is represented by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, as well as courts of general jurisdiction — system of general and specialized courts of various instances.
Changes to the Constitution of Ukraine
The Constitution of Ukraine was adopted on June 28, 1996, after which the country became a presidential-parliamentary republic.
However, on December 8, 2004, the form of government in Ukraine changed. The traitor Viktor Yanukovych, who then served as prime minister, introduced radical changes to the Constitution. Ukraine became a parliamentary-presidential republic.
402 deputies voted for this, including the Party of Regions, the Communist Party and the Socialist Party.

When Yanukovych became president, he again decided to change the Constitution. On September 30, 2010, new judges of the Constitutional Court appointed by Yanukovych decided to repeal the 2004 Constitution and reinstate the 1996 Constitution.
As a result, the form of government in Ukraine has chosen a more presidential form.
After the overthrow of the fugitive president Viktor Yanukovych on February 21, 2014, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, by a majority vote (386), renewed the 2004 Constitution.
