On February 27, the Sinevo laboratory network announced a “groundless and illegal arrest” imposed by the State Bureau of Investigation on the building of the main office and central laboratory in Kyiv.
The State Bureau of Investigation rejected the accusations and said that a pre-trial investigation into the possible illegal transfer of state property to third parties has been ongoing since 2022.
Later in Sinevo they reported that during a dialogue with the SBI they agreed that any targeted influence on the activities of the Sinevo company during the work on criminal proceedings was not intentional.

Sinevo threatened to stop work
On the afternoon of February 27, the Sinevo laboratory network announced that the SBI had seized the building of the main office and central laboratory, located at Kiev, Akademika Palladina Ave. 46/2 (building 3).
They added that because of this the company will be forced to cease activities in this building, which will lead to a complete shutdown of the Sinevo laboratory network in Ukraine .
The company claimed that about 300 thousand patients every month would be left without modern laboratory diagnostic services. Including those who are served by the Sinevo network free of charge:
- patients under the medical program. NSZU guarantees,
- troopers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,
- patients of the Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after. N.M. Amosova,
- patients of the Superhumans Center prosthetics and rehabilitation center and others.
Other consequences were also mentioned due to the seizure of property: that more than 2,300 company employees would become unemployed, and irreparable damage would be caused to the investment image of Ukraine. The company called on the State Bureau of Investigation and the authorities to quickly resolve the issue within the legal framework and cancel the seizure of the laboratory building.

The State Bureau responded to the public accusation by publishing a comment. However, it did not indicate the company name.
It is indicated that SBI employees have been carrying out pre-trial investigations since 2022upon the fact that employees of one of the ministries, the State Property Fund and the state enterprise of the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of the Oil Refining Industry MASMA committed a possible illegal alienation of the entire property complex of the state enterprise.
— During the investigation, the legality of re-registration of part of the entire property complex to third parties was examined. In 2022, the investigating judge, at the request of the prosecutor, seized these premises, — the message says.
They noted that no investigative actions were taken against the specified medical enterprise that would impede the implementation of its activities, and after the seizure of state property in 2022, no obstacles to the provision of medical services arose and do not arise now .
The State Bureau of Investigation explained that this arrest was repeatedly the subject of judicial appeals, which upheld the ruling of the investigating judge.
Subsequently, the press service of Sinevo reported that a dialogue took place between them and representatives of the State Bureau of Investigation.

In Sinevo they added that representatives of the SBI deny any intentions to block the activities of the Sinevo laboratory, and assured of their support and intention to contribute to a quick resolution of the issue of arrest of the company’s building in the legal field.
