An activist from Kherson Vladimir Molchanov told Channel 24 about this. He also noted that the connection also did not disappear in Chaplinka and Genichesk, in relation to Kherson, there is no communication coverage.
“The information that Lifecell is available in Kherson in places cannot be verified yet, therefore only rumors,” Molchanov notes.
