What do the statuses from TCC mean in the Reserve+ application and how to fix them

Reserve+ is an official application created for military personnel.

It works as an electronic account, where you can view your data in the Oberig registry, independently correct errors and submit requests to the TCC and SP.

Ministry of Defense of Ukraine provided clarifications on what the statuses from TCC in the Reserve+ application mean and what to do if you see inaccuracies in your profile.

What do the TCC statuses in Reserve+ mean?

The status Registered means that a person is registered for military service and, if he receives a summons, must arrive at the TCC.

If the status is Conscript , this means that the person is not yet 25 years old.

When you turn 25, the Reserve+ application will automatically change your status to conscript. After that, you need to personally appear at the TCC and update your data.

If this is not done, after some time the system will automatically remove the person from the register and add them to the wanted list.

The status Registered with a military means that the TCC and SP has not yet transferred or updated your data. For military personnel, the correct status is Deregistered.

To fix this, in the Reserve+ application, open the Correct data online section, select I am a military man, but still registered , and send a request.

What does the TCC status mean in the Reserve+ application: Violations of military registration rules have been identified

This message appears when you have been found to have violated military registration rules.

If the status is highlighted in red, this may mean that a notice has been sent to the National Police for forced delivery to the TCC.

In such a situation, it is important to contact your TCC as soon as possible to find out the reason. The system automatically assigns this status if there is no current information about the person in the TCC registry.

For example:

  • when a conscript after 25 years of age does not appear at the TCC to update his data;
  • when I moved but didn’t register at my new place of residence.

In this case, the system no longer sees him in the database, and the person is added to the wanted list.

But if you are an active military member, this message appeared in error.

The meaning of the TCC statuses in Reserve+: Requires clarification

This status appears when a person is in the Oberig register, but is not assigned to any TCC.

You need to contact the TCC at your place of registration and provide documents to confirm your data. For your convenience, you can sign up for an electronic queue.

After updating, the data will be automatically pulled into the application.

What does the status of TCC in Reserve+ mean: Excluded from accounting

This status is held by those who:

  • declared unfit for service by decision of the Military Medical Commission;
  • reached the maximum age for registration

Such citizens are no longer subject to military registration. For active military personnel, there is a separate application — Army+.

What does the status Deregistered mean?

This status is granted if the person:

  • moved to another city or region;
  • is doing military service or studying in a military institution;
  • is serving a sentence or undergoing compulsory treatment;
  • enrolled in the military operational reserve;
  • removed from the register by decision of the Ministry of Defense, the Security Service of Ukraine or intelligence agencies.

What does the message mean: Data in the registry Amulet not found

This means that you are not in the registry or your data is recorded with an error.

You need to contact the TCC where you are registered and submit a request to enter or clarify information. You can sign up for a queue online to avoid waiting too long.

Is there any information about deferment or booking in Reserve+?

In the Reserve+ app, users can view information about their postponement or booking.

But if after the employer submitted a booking request through Diya, the corresponding mark does not appear in Rezerv+ within 24 hours, most likely there was a problem with the account data.

According to Ekaterina Anishchenko, a lawyer at the law firm Riyako&partners , this happens quite often.

In particular, the reason is the lack of sufficient information in the TCC. This happens if the person liable for military service is wanted or has not passed the VVK in time.

“That is, in order to make a reservation, the person must not be wanted and must have all of his military registration documents in order, and the data must be updated accordingly,” the lawyer noted.
