President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine really needs permission from the West to hit them with long-range weapons on Russian territory, given the daily terror of the civilian population.

Air bomb strike on Kharkiv
According to Zelensky, today in the afternoon the Russians struck a residential area of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs (UAB). It hit an ordinary residential high-rise building.

Zelensky recalled that not only the Kharkiv region suffers from Russian aerial bombs, but also the Sumy and Donetsk regions. There are at least a hundred airstrikes daily. Over the past 24 hours alone, the enemy launched 128 guided aerial bombs.
