The speaker of the brigade, Sergei Khominsky, said that the soldier died at dawn. However, it is still unclear under what circumstances this happened.
There was no shootout from Belarus
Law enforcement officers are investigating. In addition, the relevant units of the brigade are conducting an internal investigation.
The inspector of the communication sector of the National Police of the region, Marina Baldich, said that the statements in the ERDR made a deliberate murder under the article. According to her, the shots were not from Belarus.
Belarusian propagandists denied rumors of a skirmish at the border, saying that there were no such incidents.
