The de-occupation of Ukrainian settlements also continues in the Donetsk region. Entry into the liberated cities and villages is still prohibited.
This was reported in the Donetsk Regional Military Administration. It is possible to enter the de-occupied settlements only with a special permit.

From now on, unauthorized entry into the territory of the de-occupied territorial communities of the region.
A ban will be in effect until the completion of stabilization measures in these settlements, the OVA explained.
Relevant order signed by the head of the regional state administration, head of the regional military administration Pavel Kirilenko. By doing this, he fulfilled the order of the Commander of the Khortytsya operational-strategic grouping of troops.
According to him, from September 16, 2022, a ban on the entry, exit and movement of vehicles in the de-occupied territories without a corresponding permit for citizens, foreigners and stateless persons.
Also, before the completion of stabilization measures in the de-occupied territories, the movement of cars into the territory of the liberated territorial communities of the Donetsk region was prohibited.
Prepare a draft procedure for the admission of persons and vehicles to the territory of the de-occupied settlements settlements where stabilization measures are being taken were instructed:
- Department for civil protection, mobilization and defense work of the regional state administration,
