A new cyclone that is forming southwest of Ukraine will cause rainy weather.

Weather forecast in Ukraine for 5 October
A new cyclone in the southwest will lead to rains in the western and northern regions, as well as in the Vinnytsia region.

The temperature at night there will be 11-16°C, during the day – 16-21°C, in the far west – 10-15°C.
Variable cloudiness, no precipitation is predicted for the rest of the territory. Only in the daytime will there be rain in the Cherkasy region.
The temperature at night is expected to be 9-14°C, in the Odessa region – 13-18°C, in the daytime – 22-27°C.
Weather forecast in Ukraine for October 6
On October 6, the territories of the Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions will be covered by significant rains.
Only in the eastern and south-eastern regions, precipitation is not expected.
The air temperature at night on October 6 (as at the beginning of the week) in the western and northern regions will be within 7-13°C, during the day – 18°C.
In the rest of the territory, 11-16°C are expected at night. During the day, the thermometer will rise to 20-28°.
Weather forecast in Ukraine for October 7
On October 7, the temperature in the western, most northern regions, as well as in the Vinnytsia region will reach 7-12°C at night, and 12-17°C during the day.
In the rest of the territory, it will be 11-16°C at night, and 23-28°C during the day.
In the northern and Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Odessa and Mykolaiv regions – 17-22°С.
Weather forecast in Ukraine for October 8-9
On October 8 in the eastern, most central, southern, at night in some places in the northern, on October 9 in the afternoon in the western regions there will be rain. In the rest of the territory there will be no precipitation.
The temperature at night will be 5-11°C, in the South and East of the country – 9-15°C, during the day – 14-20°C.
Advisory weather forecast in Ukraine for October 10-14
Rain is expected in the eastern regions at night on October 10. No precipitation is forecast for the western regions during the day.
On October 11-12 in the western and northern regions, on October 13-14 in the eastern and southern regions there will be light rain.
No precipitation in the rest of the territory.
Temperature at night – 8-14°C, on October 14 in the western and northern regions – 3-9°C, during the day – 18-24°C, in the western and northern regions – 12-18°C.
Fire hazard on October 5-7
On October 5-6 in southern, most central, northern regions, as well as in the Kharkiv region, on October 7 – in the Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, an extreme level of fire danger will remain.
According to Ivan Semilit, the rains predicted for the weekend will not be able to reduce the level of fire danger, since the underlying surface has dried out very much during prolonged dry weather.
Air pollution
Dust that comes to Ukraine from the Caspian region is concentrated in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The dust will begin to settle when the direction of the upper wind changes, explains the forecaster of the Ukrainian hydrometeorological center.
There is a chance that the dust could be washed away by rain, then it would become a little easier to breathe.
For now, satellite images and various forecasts indicate that the dust will continue to flow, although the situation could change at any moment.
