According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the weather in the first month of the new year will be similar to last year. Severe frosts, heavy snowfalls and snowstorms are not expected in January 2024.

Nikolai Kulbida, director of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, told what the weather will be like in the winter of 2024.
– In Kyiv, the average monthly temperature in January is about 4 degrees below zero. This year, 2024, taking into account trends, it will still be two to three degrees above this norm,” the expert noted.
That is, according to the forecast, the weather in January 2024 will be slightly warmer than last year, and will not include significant snow cover. Sudden changes in temperature are also possible.
