The head of state stated this during a meeting with representatives of the International Media Forum in Davos.

He also noted that dialogue with Russia should only take place from a position of strength, because if you talk to the aggressor country on equal terms, it will result in a defeat for Ukraine.

Separately, the head of state noted that ending the active phase of the war is the main priority.
