Ukraine has become Russia's first target
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during an address to the participants of the Asian Leadership Conference taking place in Seoul.

Russia's tactics are terror
According to him, the first point of this terror is artillery, which takes our cities hostage.
The Russian army organizes its offensive so that its cannons and rocket artillery can hit ordinary residential areas of ordinary cities. For example, this was precisely the goal of the infidels in the spring, when Russian soldiers moved from the northern border of our state to our capital, in order to be able to either destroy Kyiv with artillery, or blackmail us with such destruction,/- the head of state noted.
He stressed that the Ukrainian army drove the Russians out of the northern territories, but the occupiers remain in the east and south of our country and build their offensive in the same way – so that ordinary houses are in the sights of their guns and within reach for multiple rocket launchers.
The second point of the tactics of the Russian invaders is missile terror.
The President said that the enemy fired 2960 missiles at Ukrainian cities as of this morning. In addition, the main target of the missiles is civilian objects.
Imagine an ordinary shopping mall or a school somewhere in Incheon or Gwangje. How would you feel about hitting such targets with a large anti-ship missile? Which one was developed to destroy aircraft carriers? And hundreds of such blows, the president asked rhetorically.
But he added that without a doubt it was a tactic. The tactics of Russia, which is aimed at expelling people from our cities, and every Ukrainian was afraid of a terrorist state.
At the same time, Russia is using deportations and filtration camps against Ukrainians – these are egregious crimes.< /p>
