Zelensky said that today he could address the participants of the high-level donor conference that took place in Warsaw. In his speech, he called on world leaders to unite to restore the economy of Ukraine.

We need a modern analogue of the Marshall Plan for Ukraine
Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine needs an economic assistance program, a kind of Marshall Plan, which will promote the interests of Russia, which has suffered as a result of the attacks. , Zelensky stressed.
At the same time, the president presented United24, a global initiative that will unite people from all over the world around the desire to help Ukraine. And he called on world leaders for close and long-term cooperation.

“Every month Ukraine needs $7 billion to cover the state budget deficit. And in total, more than $600 billion has already been calculated to restore what the Russian army destroyed. Just imagine this scale,” he added.

All donated funds immediately go to the account of the National jar . After that, the funds will go to the accounts of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Health.
The NBU will report on the funds received every 24 hours, and the ministries once a week.
