The only Russian grocery store in Tokyo is closing. There were constant demonstrations around him, so the Japanese achieved their goal.
In the morning this message appeared in the Russian media. Ukrainian Ambassador to Japan Serhiy Korsunsky said this on Channel 24.
The fact is that there is no opportunity to supply enemy products there now. And also because the store was constantly blocked and there were protests near it. The owner of the house also told them to leave.
So we have a holiday today. We are glad, I am surprised that they held out for a long time,” he rejoiced.

In total, according to the ambassador, 88% of the Japanese support Ukraine . And this is noticeable even on the streets or restaurants – everywhere there are boxes where they collect money for help, as well as Ukrainian flags.
“We feel an unprecedented wave of support. Nobody believed that this was possible in such a traditional conservative country as Japan,” Korsunsky said.
And he stressed that “the Japanese perceive the situation in Ukraine with their hearts.” They follow all the information – for them it is unambiguous and beyond doubt.
