— We are preparing to work on the negotiating framework for Ukraine — We are expecting it in the spring. The negotiation process will not be easy, but the main thing is that historically we have decided: Ukraine will always be part of a common European home, — stated the head of state.
According to him, the Ukrainian side continues to actively work to ensure that next year has sufficient financial support programs. This concerns bilateral programs with partners at the EU level, the process of use and confiscation of Russian assets that are frozen in various jurisdictions.
President Zelensky believes that the assets of the terrorist state and persons associated with it should be directed to supporting Ukraine, protecting lives and people from Russian terror. In his opinion, this will be fair, and the necessary decisions are already being prepared.
Zelensky thanked all the leaders who this week filled their support for Ukrainian air defense, soldiers, and defense prospects.
