Earlier, the media reported that the Russian invaders are retreating from Kyiv. However, the Ministry of Defense denied these data.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Motuzyanyk. At the same time, thanks to successful counterattacks, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to push back the enemy in some areas of the Kyiv region.
