In Kyiv, the police opened a criminal case against a charitable foundation, whose representatives, under the guise of “volunteers,” collected funds allegedly to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The fund was suspected of fraud.

The so-called volunteers, dressed in military uniform, stood near the metro and “collected funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine” in a box.
During the conversation, it became clear that these people had not fought anywhere, and therefore it is not clear on what basis they wore the pixelated uniform. The corresponding video was released by Ukrainian Armed Forces volunteer and war veteran Oleg Simoroz.
According to activists, the money collected by “volunteers” does not actually go in full to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Kyiv police reaction
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene. And on the morning of November 17, it became known that the police had opened criminal proceedings.
