Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikova said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could use a Ukrainian-designed operational-tactical missile system against Russians in 2023.
We are talking about OTRK “Sapsan” (export name “Grom-2”). The head of the Ministry of Defense spoke in a new interview about the prospects of the project.
When asked by a journalist, “Are there any chances that we can surprise the Russians this year?”, Reznikov replied that they are quite realistic. Moreover, he personally was at the production site, so it is “optimistic” to look at the implementation of this plan.
I think this is a very realistic chance. I would call it a plan. I personally recently visited production and looked at individual elements of this program, so I am optimistic about the implementation of this plan. – said Alexey Reznikov.
What is known about OTRK “Sapsan”
