The head of state reported that he held meetings with the military leadership and spoke about the work to accelerate the transfer of income from Russian assets.

The President reported that he discussed the needs of our brigades and the situation on the front with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Sirsky and the Chief of the General Staff Anatoliy Bargilevich.

Zelensky added that “we clearly see the main guidelines of what exactly needs to be responded to and how exactly”.
The president also heard a report from the head of government Denys Shmyhal. The discussion focused primarily on the situation in the energy system, the construction of protective structures, and the import of electricity to Ukraine.
The prime minister also reported on the financial situation for our state.
— And we are working to speed up our partners' decision regarding funds from the use of Russian assets. Politically, there is a decision. A sense of justice — that Russian assets should work to protect against Russian aggression — is shared by all partners, — Zelensky emphasized.
According to him, an effective mechanism is needed for this. He noted that this will not only give Ukraine more stability — it will give the correct meaning to the whole situation. It is necessary to ensure all elements of justice for Ukraine — for the country that Russia criminally attacked.
