Russian invaders are planning to deport the disabled population from Mariupol, settling them in Russia. The Kremlin plans to artificially change the ethnic composition by populating the city with Russians from depressed regions.

The return of Mariupol residents to the city is possible only after the complete de-occupation of Mariupol. This Channel 24 was told by Mariupol Mayor's Adviser Petr Andryushchenko.

The Mayor's Adviser noted that there would be no heat supply in the city in winter, so he advises Mariupol residents to leave as soon as possible.

< p class="bloquote cke-markup">We will see another wave of soft deportation of the disabled population in autumn. They will take him out and settle somewhere in Russia. We are sure that they will not return to Mariupol before the de-occupation, – Andryushchenko believes.

According to him, the occupiers will bring in Russians from depressed regions in order to blur the environment of Ukrainians. At the same time, the Russians will not solve the heating problem before winter, so the “push for deportation” will intensify.

“From what the occupiers are preparing for, they are not going to heat anyone in large volumes, but some minimum amount. You can’t heat schools through heating points. You can partially rebuild from reserve branches from which they draw gas. this is not enough for 130,000 people,” a representative of the mayor's office summed up.
