This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

At the same time, Volodymyr Zelensky called on Ukrainian allies and partners to lift all restrictions on strikes against military targets on the territory of the Russian Federation in order to be able to protect our people.
