The official says Russians today are hysterically looking for opportunities to replenish their armed forces.
“To do this, they are negotiating with Iran and North Korea.They want to buy certain models of weapons there, although Russia itself has such “weapons that have no analogues.” But they have only 90% of inaccurate Soviet weapons,” the adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration sarcastically remarked.
Podolyak assured that the Ukrainian army is attacking Russian targets with precision weapons and thus disrupting any support for Russian troops .

In his opinion, Russia is only now beginning to understand what kind of war it has received.
” After all, the Russians “came” for 3-7 days, but I still don't understand whether the three days they wanted to capture Kyiv have already passed.Maybe we just misunderstand these days.Maybe , they have one day – it's half a year,” Podolyak added.
