Therefore, the beginning of 2024 should “be the time to leap forward.”

The safety of the French is at stake

Macron was still very careful when naming Vladimir Putin in an interview. He described him as “the president of Russia who fell into an authoritarian and repressive drift in his country, and who decided to become a destabilizing force in Europe.”
