President Vladimir Zelensky, in a video message on November 17, announced a special conference of the Ukrainian and American defense industries in December in Washington, which is an important step towards joint production of weapons.
“The other day, during negotiations with the participation of Andrei Ermak and the government team, we discussed the specifics – in December this year there will be a special conference of Ukrainian and American industry, officials and other government officials, all those who organize the provision of our defense. We are preparing quite a powerful event as a follow-up to the defense industries forum, which took place in September. Now there is a forum in Washington,” the head of state emphasized.
Zelensky thanked the United States, President Joe Biden, his team and Congress for supporting Ukraine.
