Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba told why our country is at war with Russia. He said that today negotiations with the aggressor country are being conducted on the battlefield.

According to him, any war ends with negotiations. But today, negotiations with Russia are being conducted on the battlefield, and this is the only kind of really understood negotiations.
“But we are ready to sit down at the table if it comes to the complete restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. And we are very clear to everyone we articulate with our partners, they also do not exclude the possibility of negotiations, among those, as you said, serious partners,” the minister said.
Kuleba stressed that all partners agree with us, that now there are no indicators that Russia is ready for such serious negotiations or that the conditions for such negotiations have already been formed.
