Ukraine's victory in the war unleashed by Russia will not only free part of our territories from occupation. It can also help get rid of the Russian oppression of the Chechens.
Chechen politician Akhmed Zakaev is convinced of this. He voiced the corresponding opinion during the 5th Forum of Free Peoples of Post-Russia, Channel 24 reports.
Ukraine's victory will de-occupy Chechnya
Ukraine's victory in the war against Russia will de-occupy the territory of the Chechen Republic and restore its statehood,” he stressed.
Zakaev added that the best representatives of the enslaved and occupied peoples of the Caucasus are fighting on the Ukrainian front nowSide by side with the Ukrainians, they repel enemy attacks and help de-occupy the territories of Ukraine.
He stressed that he was confident that “the courageous and heroic rebuff of the Ukrainian army against the Russian invaders”, as well as the help of the world community will allow the spine of the Russian aggressors to be broken.
Let us remind you that representatives of a number of peoples of the aggressor country itself take part in the Forum. In particular, residents of Tatarstan, Ingria, the Ural Republic, Karelia, Circassia, the Confederation of Siberia, the Kuban, the Pskov Republic, Buryatia, the Pacific Federation, Zalesye, Sakha, Udmurtia, Tuva, Bashkortostan, and Komi.
Note that during the 4th Forum, held in Sweden in December 2022, the leaders of the post-Russian space signed a declarative but important symbolic act. We are talking about the “Memorandum on the cessation of the existence of the Russian Federation.” The corresponding document has become a kind of roadmap for peaceful, as well as constructive and non-violent dismantling of the aggressor countries.
Chechnya can become independent
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki voiced the corresponding opinion in an interview. He is convinced that the Chechen people deserve to have a sovereign state.
The politician stressed thatsome parts of the aggressor country are real prisonsin which representatives of other peoples are kept. For example, the same Chechnya, which for a long period tried to defend its independence. But, unfortunately, Russia was not ready to let her out of her predatory claws.
