How the Kremlin reacted to the decision on ” Tomahawks” for Germany

We are approaching the Cold War with confident steps. “All this has already happened,” Peskov said.

He accused Germany, the USA, France and the UK of being directly involved in the conflict “around Ukraine” and “returning all the trappings of the Cold War with confrontation and direct confrontation.”

“All this is being done to suppress our country and to guarantee our strategic defeat< /strong>,” Peskov said.

He promised that Russia “will take this into account” and that in general this is “not a reason for pessimism, on the contrary, we need to pull ourselves together and use all our very rich potential.”

Robert Fico spoke earlier in a similar vein. He said that because of Ukraine's entry into NATO, the Third World War could begin.
