JFO warriors repelled 10 attacks by Russians/Armed Forces of Ukraine
Ukrainian soldiers continue to resist the Russian invaders. In the JFO zone, the enemy continues to attack, but is rebuffed and suffers significant losses.
Only during the day on May 25, our defenders repulsed 10 enemy attacks there. This is evidenced by operational information as of 21.00 Joint Forces Grouping.
Enemy attacks and losses in the JFO zone
The Joint Forces Grouping continues to conduct defense operations in the area of responsibility in the Donetsk and Lugansk directions.
The enemy does not stop using different weapons along the entire line of defense. In particular, the Russians use combat aircraft, multiple launch rocket systems, large-caliber cannon artillery, tanks, mortars of various systems. The enemy also inflicts missile and bomb strikes on civilian infrastructure facilities and peaceful residential areas.
Invadersfired at more than 40 settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, destroyed and damaged 47 civilian objects of them: 38 residential buildings, a school, a health camp, a recreation center, a railway station. As a result of these attacks, 5 civilians were killed and 12 others were injured.
At the same time, Ukrainian defenders and defenders from the Joint Forces group repelled 10 enemy attacks today, May 25. At the same time, battles with the Russian occupier are still going on in two more locations.
The servicemen of the Joint Forces Group managed to inflict the following losses on the enemy:
- 4 tanks;
- 1 special vehicle;
- 2 artillery systems;
- 1 armored personnel carrier;
- 1 enemy vehicle.
In addition, air defense units in the sky of the Ukrainian Donbass shot down 4 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type.

Speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Motuzyanyk told whether a counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is being prepared in the territories of Donbass. Thus, the speaker of the Ministry of Defense assured that the territory of the whole of Ukraine would be liberated, however, when this will be, he is not ready to say now.
According to him, sooner or later, broad counter-offensive actions must take place. At the same time, it will depend on the general situation that has now developed in the East and South of our state.
